Ticketbox MCP Connector (AI assistants)

The Ticketbox connector for AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) is read-only. It only searches public event listings and returns event details. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, requires no login or authentication, and never uses any data for AI model training. All booking and payment take place on ticketbox.vn, governed by the policy below. Servers are located in Vietnam.

Consent

By providing us with your personal information and using the Ticketbox platform, you agree that your personal information will be collected and used as stated in this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop providing us with any personal information and/or exercise your rights as outlined in the "Tools for Users" section below. We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Policy at any time. We encourage you to regularly review this Privacy Policy to stay updated and ensure you are aware of and can manage your personal information.

Purpose of Personal Information

We collect personal information only when necessary for the following purposes:

Orders: To process issues related to your orders.
Account Maintenance: To create and maintain your account, including loyalty or other programs associated with your account.
Consumer Services, Customer Care: To respond to your requests, complaints, and feedback.
Personalization: We may aggregate collected data to better understand consumers and provide more personalized services — improving and personalizing your experience, enhancing utilities, and serving recommendations and advertisements tailored to your interests.

Legal Requirements: Depending on legal regulations at any given time, we may collect, store, and provide information as required by law.

Scope of Information Collection and Use

We collect personal information when you directly provide it to us (such as your name, email address, phone number, address, login information, and security questions/answers), when you interact with us (via cookies and other tracking technologies), and from other legitimate sources. Ticketbox uses this information to provide services, send notifications about interactions between you and Ticketbox, prevent harmful or fraudulent activity, and contact and resolve issues with you. Ticketbox does not use your personal information for purposes other than transaction confirmation and related communication on Ticketbox. In case of legal requests, Ticketbox cooperates with and provides information to authorized agencies (prosecutors, courts, or police) investigating legal violations; no one else has the right to access your personal information.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored until you request deletion or cancellation, or until you log in and delete or cancel it yourself. Otherwise, your personal information will be securely stored on Ticketbox's servers.

Parties Who May Access Your Information

We will not provide your personal information to any third party, except for the following necessary activities:

Service Providers: Partners providing order-fulfilment services, limited to necessary information and subject to security and privacy regulations.
Third-Party Service Providers: Third parties used for Ticketbox-related activities who may access or process your personal information, required to comply with relevant data-protection laws and security requirements.
Affiliated Programs: Programs linked, co-implemented, or outsourced for the purposes stated above, subject to personal-data protection requirements.
Legal Requests: We may disclose personal information if required by law and reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes.
Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, the buyer will have access to the information we store, including personal information.

You may check, update, adjust, delete, or cancel your personal information by logging into your account and editing or deleting it, or by requesting Ticketbox to do so.
You may request assistance to reset your password or unlock your account via Hotline 1900.6408 or support@ticketbox.vn.
You may file a complaint if your personal information is disclosed to a third party by contacting Ticketbox; we will verify, explain, and guide you on restoring and securing your information.

Commitment to Protecting Customer Personal Information

Your personal information on Ticketbox is protected according to Ticketbox's personal-data protection policy. Collection and use occur only with your consent, except where required by law. We will not use, transfer, provide, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent. In the event of a security breach leading to loss of personal data, Ticketbox will notify the relevant authorities and promptly inform you. All online transaction information is securely stored in Ticketbox's Level 1 secure data center.
